What we collect

When you join the early access list, we store:

• Your email address.
• The numbers you entered in the max bid calculator when you joined, and the result.
• Basic technical details: your browser type and, if the link you used had them, campaign tags that tell us where you came from (for example, a post on Reddit).

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country. We don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

The calculator itself runs in your browser. The numbers you type are only saved if you join the list.

How we use it

• To email you about Hammerwise: early access, the founding member offer and launch news.
• To understand what kind of cars and margins our early users work with, so we build the right features. We look at this in aggregate.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers, which may keep it on servers in the United States or other countries. Only the founder can access the list.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop working on Hammerwise.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email hello@hammerwiseapp.com and we'll do it within 30 days.

Children

Hammerwise is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
